Tell yourself, “I’m already doing it.”

Not “I should move,” but “I’m moving now.”


Because the moment you decide, you shift your brain from hesitation to action.

You stop negotiating with yourself — and just go.


Two minutes of movement is all it takes to change your mindset.

Two minutes that tell your body, “We’re doing this.”


Don’t think about moving.
