Aortic Hope is excited to welcome Steve Freeman as our newest Community Liaison!

Steve will be hosting private "Walk & Talk" sessions beginning in September. We are so honored to have Steve motivating and inspiring others to Thrive and Not Just Survive through movement.

Steven Freeman Jr. – Aortic Hope Volunteer & Wellness Coach

Diagnosed with a Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm in 2023, Steven found strength and connection through the Aortic Hope community. Now a dedicated volunteer, he will encourage others to stay active and engaged through “Walk and Talk” videos that combine movement with support.

With an MBA in Health Care Leadership and multiple certifications in longevity, brain fitness, stress management, and cardiac-focused fitness, he is committed to helping others live healthier, more hopeful lives.
