We are very excited to welcome Dee Riete as a Community Liaison. Dee's focus will be on Wellness including Aromatherapy and Reiki.
Dee Riete is a spiritual teacher, facilitator, author, certified aromatherapist, and Reiki Master with over 20 years of practice and teaching experience both in United States and Brazil. She is the founder of the Wellness Training Institute, where she has been integrating holistic approaches. Since a very young age, she learned that the body can heal with alternative medicine and a positive mindset. She is excited to be able to share her specialties with the community in hopes of helping others ground themselves and reduce stress.
Dee will be teaching a Wellness 101 with Aromatherapy class on July 23rd at 7pm EST. Please join us on our YouTube channel for more information.

Community wellness can benefit from approaches that encourage people to slow down and become more aware of how they respond to everyday challenges. The concept of delay & quantum can offer an interesting perspective on timing, change, and the different possibilities that may emerge from a particular situation. Practices focused on grounding and reducing stress can create space for more thoughtful responses instead of immediate reactions. This emphasis on balance fits naturally with the broader role of community-based wellness initiatives.
