There’s Room for Many to Help Many ❤️
At Aortic Hope, we know that support can take many forms—and it can come from many places. That’s why we’ve created a non-complete list of resources, both on and off Facebook, to help patients, caregivers, and families find the information and community they need.
Our list isn’t meant to be the only source of help—because there’s never just one way to make a difference. We believe there is always room for many to help many. Every group, organization, and individual who shares their time, knowledge, or compassion plays an important role in the aortic disease community.
Whether you find comfort in a Facebook group, strength in a local meetup, or guidance from a national organization, what matters most is that you’re connected, supported, and never alone.
