♥ Aortic Hope Private Forum- open to all. A place where survivors and caregivers can gather to talk and provide hope and support in a safe and closed environment.

♥ Aortic Hope Caregivers Only Private Forum-open to CAREGIVERS ONLY. A page designed for caregivers to talk and provide support and suggestions for providing the best care not only to their loved ones but also for themselves.

♥ Aortic Hope Grief Only Private Forum-open to those who have endured a loss due to aortic disease. A private, empathetic page for everyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one or friend due to aortic disease. Occasionally, a therapist may interject helpful insight to dealing with loss.

In addition, we have compiled a list (not necessarily complete) that has a variety of Facebook pages and Non-Profit organizations that provide a form of support for the aortic community.
