Today for Therapeutic Thursday, let’s talk about Stress & Burnout and how important it is to practice Self-Love to prevent it!
There are 3 pillars to practice when you want to reduce Stress & Burnout, so here are the definitions of those pillars.
Self-Love ~ regard for one's own well-being and happiness.
Self-Care ~ the practice of taking an active role in protecting one's own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress. The practice of taking action to preserve or improve one's own health.
Mental Health ~ a person’s condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being.
Take time this upcoming weekend to rest, reset, and rejuvenate! I'll be having some hot baths, nature walks and visits with friends to ensure I'm resetting and preparing myself for the week ahead! Functioning and Focused is always a good place on the battery scale to be?
