❓Tapping, ever heard of it? Well, simply put EFT stands for “Emotional Freedom Technique,” a protocol developed by Gary Craig that combines elements of Eastern medicine with Western psychology. Tapping is a way of self-soothing and reducing stress and a very fun and easy way.
