🌀 Movement Check-In 🌀

Movement doesn’t look the same every day, and that’s exactly the point.Some days your body says go. Other days it whispers slow. And sometimes, the most powerful movement is choosing rest.


Be honest, no overthinking. Which one feels most like you today?



1️⃣ Full of energy – ready to walk, stretch, dance, or get outside

2️⃣ Bare minimum – just doing what needs to be done

3️⃣ Taking it slow – tiny steps, gentle stretches, intentional breathing

4️⃣ Rest day – movement equals rest, recovery, and self-respect


💡 Need ideas for what “movement” can look like today?

  • A 5–10 minute walk, indoors or out

  • Gentle neck, shoulder, or ankle circles

  • Stretching while seated or lying down

  • Standing up once every hour

  • Deep belly breathing or box breathing

  • Light housework done mindfully

  • Chair yoga or wall stretches

  • Listening to music and swaying

  • Resting with intention, hydration, and gratitude


There is no “right” answer here. There is no comparison. There is only listening to your body and honoring what it needs today.


Every kind of movement counts.

Every season of recovery matters. 💙
