❤️One of the easiest ways to create awareness about Aortic Disease is to wear some swag. Consider purchasing from this 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿 and know that a portion of the sales will be donated to Aortic Hope.

❤️Aortic Hope is a 501(c)3 charity whose goal is to spread hope, create awareness and provide support to survivors and caregivers during the recovery and management of Aortic Disease. 100% of received donations will be used towards towards initiatives within the community.
