There will be a lot of information to cover this month because it is impossible to share with you everything about aortic disease in one day or one week.

Today, let's start off easy.❤️If you or your loved one has recently (within the last month) had emergency surgery or is scheduled for surgery and you would like to have an Aortic Hope Care Package, complete this form and we will send it within 2 after receipt of the form.

Hopefully, this will brighten the day and make everyone feel supported through their journey.
