🥰 Can you believe that Aortic Disease Awareness Day is on September 19th and right around the corner. On that day, we will be launching our 𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗜𝗚𝗡 video featuring YOU!!!
A lot of individuals have unfortunately passed due to aortic disease.

If you would like to help participate in this year's festivities, please email a photo of yourself, entire family, doctor's, medical staff, you and your pet, you wearing swag etc. to:
