Dad was an amazing man, as I know many of you within this community may have figured out. His impact on the lives of people will be felt for a long time, but one of the most important things I know is that he took in as much as he gave. I know for the last seven years since his aortic dissection, he has found a lot of strength and support within this group. He was always talking about love he received here. My brother and I have been truly lucky to have an extra 7 years with him, his survival 7 years ago allowed him to see the birth of two additional grand sons, and to spend extra time seeing his granddaughter grow. It is the extra time we got with him that means the most, we will cherish it forever. As he always said "Today, tell someone you love them"
