Facing aortic disease can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re preparing for surgery, recovering, or simply trying to adjust to a new normal. Sometimes, a little reminder that you are not alone can mean more than we realize.

That’s why Aortic Hope created our 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀. Each one is thoughtfully curated with practical resources and a few comforting surprises to help support recovery and the day-to-day management of aortic disease.

📦 Items vary, but may include our Aortic Disease: The Patient Guide, a journal and pen, jar opener, pill keychain, stress ball, chapstick, helpful resources—and more.

If you or your loved one has recently (within the last month) had emergency surgery or is scheduled for surgery and you would like to have an Aortic Hope Care Package, complete this form and we will send it within 2 weeks after receipt of the form:
