Come join Aortic Hope and Aortic Bridge for a closed, virtual support group meeting. New for 2021, these meetings will happen the first Tuesday of the month at 2pm EST.
Aortic Bridge is an organization local to the New York metropolitan area. Their goal is to provide support and educational opportunities for patients, families, friends, and caregivers of those with Aortic Disease.
