While today is typically a Movement for Movement Monday, we want to shift gears onto something more realistic for many; How to stay motivated when you are exhausted.


Staying focused when exhausted can be challenging, but here are some strategies to help:

2. *Prioritize tasks*: Focus on the most critical tasks that require attention.

4. *Take breaks*: Regular breaks can help recharge energy levels.


5. *Stay hydrated and energized*: Drink water and eat nutritious snacks to maintain energy.
