❓ Did you know that September is Aortic Disease Awareness Month and September 19th is Aortic Disease Awareness Day.

🤔 Some communities recognize the 19th strictly as Aortic Dissection Awareness Day however, we feel it is important to acknowledge all issues regarding the Aorta.

👉 If you would like to help participate in this year's festivities, please email a photo of yourself, entire family, doctor's, medical staff etc to info@aortichope.org, put the word HOPE in the subject line and be featured in our 4th Annual Community HOPE Campaign video.
