♥️Aortic Hope is excited to offer Help Texts and your first month is FREE!


♥️Help Texts provides expert support for all of life's challenges including grief support, caregiving and mental health straight to your phone ♥️


♥️Help Texts is a text based service, written by world-leading experts that are evidence-informed, rooted in current research and theory. You will receive 2 texts a month pertaining to your personal situation. In addition, each Help Texts subscription includes the option to add two supporters to also receive Help Texts messages. They will send you expert tips and resources for coping with your unique situation and gently educate your supporters on how to be there for you.


👉If after your first FREE month you feel this is a beneficial service, you may then elect to sign-up for a membership (for a minimal fee).
