Today is Survivor Series Saturday at Aortic Hope.
We are honored to offer an incredible story by Bruce O'Roak.
Bruce shares in great detail his experience of his aortic dissection which occurred just nine months ago. His story involves struggle, fortitude, introspection and gratitude. Despite being an inherently positive and happy person, Bruce was faced at times with the difficult byproduct of open heart surgery, PTSD.
Inspired by other survivor stories, he tells this story with hope to help others.
Many, many thanks to Bruce for sharing his story.
