This is according to an article from The University of Calvary, written by Dawn Smith, Libin Cardiovascular Institute, titled: UCalgary Team Tackles Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms. ⚠️ AAA's are dangerous because if they rupture there is a 50% chance of death. Data suggests surgery for all aneurysms based on a variety of factors and it can be very frustrating if a dissection or rupture occurs before an aneurysm has reached the recommended size for surgery.
