Since Aortic Hope was founded in 2016, we have provided support to individuals within the community and we are still growing! Initially, our Hope Mail Care Packages were sent to 30 people and now that program has grown by almost 400%! Our live educational videos are spanning the globe! We have been heard over Sirius XM, spoken at Rock from the Heart Symposiums, connected with countries who have adopted the Think Aorta campaign, and seen on The Donna Drake Show!
