Today is Therapeutic Thursday!


This is Jessica McCracken and this is my first time sharing as a Social Media Coordinator! I am so excited for this volunteer role and to share my passion about all things related to Emotional & Mental Health on Thursdays!

I look forward to getting to know this community better and helping to lead us all towards a healthier and happier mental and emotional state!


As an Educator of 20 years and a trained Life, Wellness and Spiritual Coach, I know that taking care of our mental and emotional health is just as important as our physical well-being. It has been my passion to focus on my mind as well as my physical health these past 4 1/2 years since my Type A Aortic Dissection. I've done a lot of mindfulness and meditation to achieve this.
