Time to Communicate!

❤ Having just recently celebrated Aortic Caregivers Day, it is so important that our caregivers are made aware of our current medical history and current situation.

📝 This includes any and all medication changes, restrictions, test results etc. This is so they can properly relay information in the event of an emergency.

🧑‍⚕️ It is equally important that physicians communicate clearly and in easy to understand terminology, exactly what is going on with our condition.

👥 Communication is a two way street. The more knowledge our caregivers have, the more they can relay to first responders and other physicians if necessary.

🧠 Knowledge is power between ourselves, our caregivers and our physicians.
