Today is Wisdom Wednesday at Aortic Hope!
We had a wonderful Live Event with Dr. Stacy Fisher during September and one of the things she discussed with us had to do with diet. Dr. Fisher was sharing that she recommends you discussing with your physician their thoughts on the DASH and Mediterranean Diets.
