❤️As we all know, doing nothing is doing something however, many of us need some support to simply get moving (whatever your doctor has cleared for you).

👉Remember to maintain proper walking technique: keep your head up, swing your arms freely, tighten your stomach muscles slightly, and roll your foot from heel to toe. And don't forget to choose comfortable shoes with proper arch support!
