Come join Aortic Hope and Aortic Bridge for a closed, virtual support group meeting. New for 2021, these meetings will happen the first Tuesday of the month at 2pm EST.
Aortic Bridge is an organization local to the New York metropolitan area. Their goal is to provide support and educational opportunities for patients, families, friends, and caregivers of those with Aortic Disease.
Registering ONCE HERE allows you participating in a future support group meetings.
We anticipate a lot of participants. You do not need to turn on the video camera however, please utilize the mute function when able. If you have any questions, you may message Aortic Hope directly and we will try to troubleshoot any issues for you.
