All of us at Aortic Hope wanted to say THANK YOU so much for your support and participation during Aortic Disease Awareness Month.

We worked very hard to provide Awareness, Support, and Hope not just on one day or for one week, but ALL MONTH LONG!

*Prior to September, we asked everyone to change their profile pics into the AH logo or any logo related to aortic disease....THANK YOU for turning Facebook into a wave of awareness.

*Within September we provided information about:

-Aneurysm Awareness

-Dissections and pre/post-op information

-Emotional Well Being

-Genetics 101

-Think Aorta

-Showcased our 4th Annual Community HOPE Campaign Video

-Over the month we hosted 2 Live Q&A events, hosted 4 support group meetings, posted many educational pieces of information from our collaboration with The Society of Thoracic Surgeons, The American Heart Association, and numerous hospitals. (All information is on our website for review)

-We also held very fun contests and gave away $50+ worth of Lauren's Hope Gift Certificates and up to 90 awareness bracelets as well as $50 worth of Hope Swag!
